Dip in water. Most tend to lump together and sink to the bottom.
Stir it lightly. Leave it overnight (12h).
Most of the plants are a little yellowish, and didn't grow as well. Trying to repot one of it too see if it makes any difference.

Cut about 2 inch off the bottom. I dip the base in water overnight. Will transplant to soil tomorrow.
