The leaves became droopy. Found some video on the Internet where trimming the leaves after transplant helps the plant grow better. Decide to give it a try.

The one with Green Mary seems healthier and less droopy, but that could be due to the smaller plant are more tolerant to transplant, while bigger leaves tends to get droopy pretty quick.

Pandan are showing sign of drying, even though with a moist soil.
