Worms/Maggot In Tomato Pot

Found some really tiny worms in the soil where the tomato grow.

I suspect it is fly larvae, not sure from external fly or the larvie frass.

There are the tiny red ones, which can curl up and jump up to 2cm away.

Then there are white ones, which look like maggots.

The eyes sprouted well.

All the garlics has sprouted roots, will transplant them in soil together with #40.

The bottom has gone soft with pungent smell. Try to submerge it with baking soda solutions to see if it could be salvaged.

#58: Plant Moringa From Cutting

  1. 🌱 Moringa Tree

Got the Moringa Tree cutting of Gheeta (Malaysian Gardeners).

I use Superior Soil mixed with compost, plus generous amount of perlite, add some larvie frass.

Scrape a bit of the skin off at the bottom cutting to encourage root growth, and at least bury one of the eye in soil.

Submerged avocado in some baking soda solutions (half teaspoon per glass of water) in attempt to get rid of some algae issues.

The avocado is sprouting well.

Some rotten clove which has to be thrown away.

I submerged onions with sign of rotting and pungent smell into water with baking soda (half to one tablespoon per glass of water), and able to flush out a few tiny worm. The worms only died after submerged in the water solution for an hour.

Tiny worm

2 of 3 bulbs has grown roots, no sprout yet.

Remove algae. Probably not the most ideal solution.
