Day 3 of Home-made Enzyme Liquid Fertilizer

Get a plastic container (glass is not suitable as the enzyme will release gas which might break the glass when under pressure).

Get some brown sugar, preferably those which are dark brown and extra fine. In Malay language it is known as Gula Merah, or Red Sugar in Chinese.

Alternative for brown sugar includes EM powder, overnight yogurt or beer.

Put water in the container up to 90%, the 10% empty space is for the release of gas.

The ratio is Fruits/Vegetables (3), Water (10) and Brown Sugar (1).

On a daily basis for a month, open up the container to release gas and stir it a bit.
