Day 2 of #55: Grow Bean Sprout From Green/Mung Bean

Beans soaked in water overnight. Pour away the water and wash the bean to remove floating particles.

Some beans are sprouted.

Prepare the container with plenty of tiny holes.

Cover the container with a thin cloth (where roots could go through).

Pour the bean on the cloth, and flatten it to a single layer.

Cover the bean with the cloth (the beans are wrapped within the cloth).

Water and wet the cloth with beans.

Put a container at the bottom to hold the extra water dripping out.

Cover the entire container with a dark coloured cloth. This is to prevent light from reaching the beans.

Keep it some place cool and airy.
