Gotten a free fig seedling from David Ding (Post in Malaysian Gardeners FB Group).
One of the cloves moved outdoor has grown roots. The roots grown on top of the basal plate (so it means the basal plate is pretty much useless and should be removed).
Maybe some heat or sunlight also help garlic sprout faster.
Bring the indoor plant out for some morning sun. Will need to transplant them soon.

All the remaining cloves have sprouted.
The last clove in soil sprouted.
The last glove in water grow roots.
