Bought a new rack and grow light from Taobao.
No new sprouts, with some sign of mold when dried.
Leaves dying, stem rotted.
Perhaps the aloe vera and honey accelerated the stem rotting.

Time to harvest. The most time consuming part is cutting away the roots from the sprouts.
I was hoping the roots penetrated the cloth would make cutting the root away easier, but it only save about 30% time while causing more wastage. This is due to the fact that the sprouts didn't grow in a compact and uniform way.
A tray of sprouts is probably only good for a single meal.
From the time of soaking the beans in water until harvest, it takes 4 full days.
