Regrow Spinach Kitchen

Today I have some Spinach with roots. Cut 2 inches above the roots and keep them in water container.

I realize the leaves rot easily when wet, so I make sure the water only touch the roots.

Lesson Problem

Spinaches grow soft and the stems/leaves easily rot. Either the heat or water killing it. Reduce water level and move to cooler place.

Rot Problem

The roots has gone soft, and the stems/leaves rot when in touch with water.

Lesson Dying Problem

The roots has gone soft, so I hesitate to save it. The plant is probably killed by the water, so growing Spinach in water is a bad idea.
